This is a list of things I’d like to tweak on my Slackware install

• Set up backup system using SVN, rsync, and cron
• ACPI – configured for laptop
• Fix X11 fonts
• Tweak Synaptics touchpad settings
• Custom kernel with only the drivers/features I need
• streamline boot process
• remove raid/pcmcia support
• install only the packages/servers I want
• Set up ssh server
• make SlackBuilds/Packages for extra software
• customize Xfce/openbox
• get rid of KDE support!!!
• Customize install disk
• Slackware from Scratch compiled for i686
• harden
• setup lamp server
