Synaptics TouchPad

I finally got the Synaptics driver working! I either couldn’t get X to load or the mouse wouldn’t work. The install instructions in the INSTALL were great, but you absolutly need to have your touchpad marked as “AlwaysCore” in the Server Layout section. I found the answer on Gentoo wiki.

Just goes to show you: if something doesn’t work after a million tries, go back and actually READ the web page.

Would U share your xorg.conf plizz. I’ve read the web page detailed, but its look like doesnt work. The problem is the driver is loaded(I use ksynaptics to config from X, it say that there is a synaptics input & the driver loaded) but the config doesnt work, virtual scrolling for example.
